This is the 21th video in a series on remaking Hotline Miami in GameMaker Studio.

The video tutorial shows you how to do setup a dummy enemies that rotate towards the player and upon destruction drop their current weapon, so that the player can pick it up.

The idea is quite simple, we recycle old code from the player object aswell as from the weapon throw object to make this happen.
