This is the 14th video in a series on remaking Hotline Miami in GameMaker Studio.

The video tutorial shows you how to setup a weapon pickup cycle but now based on passing in ammo from the pickup instance, to the player which can now fire a weapon when the value of ammo is bigger then 0. The player in turn can throw the weapon away but will nullify the ammo aswell.
