This basics video tutorial shows you have to make a simple animation that can be used on icons, buttons or images in GameMaker Studio.

The idea is quite simple: You want to make an animation without much testing and hassle. Sequences are perfect in this regard weather you want the animation to be permanent or for one time uses but with the restriction that it needs to stick to an object.

This video shows you a pulsing heart that follows the spawn.
