This is the 22th video in a series on remaking Hotline Miami in GameMaker Studio.

The video tutorial shows you how to do a camera tilting/rotation like you see in Hotline Miami. The idea is that you rotate the camera relative to the player’s x coordinate to the middle point of the room with. This is then being rotated negativly when the player’s x is bigger and positivly when the x is lower.
